Party Menu Ideas
A Menu that a 1 year old and
adults may both enjoy seems a little hard to accomplish but not
so. Keeping it simple will save you time, money and
headaches.
Hot Dogs/Vienna
Sausage Children and adults love hot
dogs. A easy and inexpensive party favorite. If you wish
not to feed your child hot dogs, Vienna sausages are a good
substitution.
Chicken
Fingers/Nuggets Children love chicken nuggets, while
adults seem to prefer chicken fingers. Add both to your menu
and the you are sure to please.
Pasta Instead of pizza (that contains
dairy and your child may not yet be weened) try pasta instead.
There are many varieties to choose from. Avoi long pasta
noodles like spaghetti and fettucine. Instead opt for elbows
or penne.
Cupcakes With lots of little
ones, cupcakes may be a bit easier to hand out and clean up.
If you like the traditional style of a cake, bakeries and grocery
stores now use cupcakes and decorate it as one image. The pans
are also sold online or in specialty shops so that you can make
your own. They are also known as pull- apart cakes. (Here is an example).
